An out-of-court settlement was reached, but Island demanded repayment for its legal expenses.\u00a0\u00bb [ via <a href=\"http:\/\/www.blogotheque.net\/article.php3?id_article=405\">la blogoth\u00e8que<\/a> ]<\/p>\n<p>Egalement, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.freefiona.com\/\">FreeFiona<\/a>, via ailleurs, en l&rsquo;occurence <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scottandrew.com\/main\/entries\/001155\">Scott Andrew<\/a>, mais dont la blogoth\u00e8que <a href=\"http:\/\/www.blogotheque.net\/article.php3?id_article=379\">parle \u00e9galement<\/a>, comme il se doit : \u00ab\u00a0Fiona Apple&rsquo;s first two albums Tidal and When The Pawn&#8230; are certified multiplatinum success stories. Yet her third album Extraordinary Machine sits in limbo, despite being completed in 2003.
